Gulliver Prep Upper School is excited to offer a variety of courses this summer!
The Gulliver Preparatory Upper School is excited to offer a summer program that provides unique academic opportunities which combine intensive academics, small-group learning, and individual attention in one- to six-week courses. With options ranging from a full slate of math classes, to perennial favorites like American Foreign Policy & Model UN (Advanced) and Field Studies in Marine Science, to new classes like IMPROV with US, there’s an opportunity for everyone.
Some classes such as the Reading and Writing Lab, are designed to hone critical skills that help students achieve success as they transition into the Upper School’s rigorous academic program, while others like Storytelling for Business Honors, seek to stimulate curiosity and connections across disciplines.
Such workshops as Writing Strategies for the IB student will focus on students’ writing skills, which will prepare them to advance into higher-level classes in the Honors, Advanced, and IB tracks. And don’t forget: pursuing credit-bearing courses during the summer enables students to accommodate more electives during the regular school year.
