Growing Through Music at Gulliver
For young musicians, earning a place in an honor band represents more than a performance opportunity. It reflects the hours of practice, perseverance, and willingness to challenge themselves that help turn an interest in music into a meaningful achievement. Performing alongside accomplished peers from other schools gives students the opportunity to build on their skills and experience what they can achieve together.
At Gulliver, the performing arts give students the space to discover what excites them and the support to pursue it at a higher level. For these eight Raiders, their selection to the District 20 Honor Band is a reflection of how far their dedication has taken them, with new opportunities to grow still ahead.
Congratulations to our students and Middle & Lower School Band Director Edgar Rubio on this well-earned recognition!
