2024 Varsity Boys' Soccer State ChampionsThe Gulliver Prep varsity boys’ soccer team won its second-straight and ninth overall Florida High School Sports Association (FHSAA) State Championship on February 24, 2024, defeating Orlando Bishop Moore, 1-0. The nine state titles for the Raiders tie for the most in state history, tying Clearwater Central Catholic.

Following a 3-0 victory over South Walton High School in the state semifinal game, Head Coach Scott Davidson ‘86 P ‘20 ‘26 led the Raiders into Lake Myrtle Park to take on familiar foe Orlando Bishop Moore. After a scoreless first half, Gulliver scored the game’s lone goal as Cosme Salas ‘24 launched a corner kick and connected with Jacob Lombard ‘26 to deliver the score.

In what was Gulliver’s fourth state championship game appearance in five years, the victory marked the second-consecutive year that the Raiders have defeated Orlando Bishop Moore to win the title. Gulliver Prep finished the season with an impressive 25-0-1 record, as the Raiders went undefeated for the first time in school history.
