Raider Voice Launches “Humans of Gulliver” Centennial Series
As we celebrate Gulliver’s 100th year, our student-run newspaper, The Raider Voice, is bringing the community’s stories to life through a powerful new series: Humans of Gulliver.
The series, part of the Centennial editorial project “The Faces Behind a Century,” highlights the individuals who define Gulliver’s legacy – students, faculty, alumni, and community members whose experiences reflect the spirit of the school across generations.
Launched this month, Humans of Gulliver offers an intimate, first-person look at the people behind the institution’s century-long journey. Through short profiles and storytelling, the series captures what it means to be part of the Gulliver community today, while honoring the voices that have shaped it since its founding in 1926.
Each story contributes to a broader narrative: that Gulliver’s legacy is not only defined by milestones or campuses, but by the people who learn, teach, lead, and grow within it. From its early days as a small school to the thriving, multi-campus institution it is today, Gulliver has remained rooted in a strong sense of community – a theme that resonates throughout the series.
A celebration of impact, Humans of Gulliver offers readers an inside look at the lives shaped by a Gulliver education and the individuals whose stories continue to enrich the school’s 100-year history.
