Students Excel at International Design Competition
For the second straight year, Gulliver architecture students have won the top awards in Regent’s University International Design Competition, winning over UK and European pre-degree students. Congratulations to Carlos Arrinda Ulivi ’20 who won first place, and Jaime Esquenazi ’20 who took second place honors!
Under the direction of Prep Architecture Faculty Emily Wilson, AIA LEED, all urban design students submitted entries into this year’s competition. A professional exhibition display will be created around Carlos’ designs in London at Regent’s, and he will be invited to the University to display his work and receive awards, as well as for a guided tour of the Interior Design Exhibition and a portfolio clinic. Both Jaime and Carlos will receive a selection of architecture and interior design books from Bloomsbury Publishing, which co-sponsored the competition with Regent’s University in London.
