- If you registered, you’ll receive a text message when it’s time to start bidding!
Otherwise, you can visit gulliver.life/auction to bid. - Be sure you have an internet connection in order to access our BidPal Mobile-Bidding System.
Clicking “Menu” will give you access to update your account. - On the home screen, you will select “Parking Auction.”
- Placing a bid is easy! Just click “Bid” and set an amount.
- Confirm a Max Bid to allow the system to place bids on your behalf up to your Max Bid amount.
- You’ll receive alerts if you’ve been outbid, and you can easily go back to place another.

- You’ve placed a winning bid for a parking spot, great! Now what?
- Our Development Officers will contact you directly to gather information regarding claiming your spots.
- All outstanding balances will be collected by XXX 20XX.
- Usage of the parking spots will begin on Monday, January 4, 2021.
