Boys Cross Country Wins Program’s First SFMSC Championship
The Academy boys cross country team brought home the program’s first South Florida Middle School Conference Championships (SFMSC) on October 17, 2019.
Sem Deri ‘24 came in first overall with a time of 11:29, and Xachary Bloom ‘25 (11:52), while Aaron Gold ’25 finished ninth (12:41), Adrian Lowe ’26 finished 10th (12:45), and Walker Allen ’25 finished 18th (13:14).
The girls cross country team was also in action at the SFMSC Championships. The Raiders’ top finisher, Alessandra Di Mise ‘25, finished third overall with a time of 13:23.
