Strategic Plan
We strive — every single day — to create a learning, growing environment second to none. To that end, we’re excited to share the strategic framework that will keep Gulliver moving forward as we meet the needs of an ever-increasing diverse and dynamic world. The development of the strategic plan began last year and included broad input and feedback from Gulliver students, families, faculty, and staff. This plan serves as a roadmap, guiding Gulliver towards our centennial celebration in 2026 and beyond. And, with this plan, we will continue to open the world wide for our students and cultivate tomorrow’s leaders, inventors, and creators for years to come.

- Ensure that all students are known, heard, and empowered to design their own journeys

- Complete the shift to a culture of health and well-being, including mental health, mindfulness, and self-care practices, for all members of our community
- Create additional opportunities to develop student responsibility and leadership
- Expand our definition of success to include the examination of grading/depth of knowledge/mastery, homework, and core course requirements
